Forgot Your Password?
Just click on the forgotten password tab in the Sign-In page. You will receive at once a new password on your email account.

Ordering

How to Order?
Browse The Insanely Chic collections and simply add to your shopping bag the products you want to buy. Click on checkout when you have finished shopping and just follow the instructions.

Order Confirmation
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of your order. Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive a second e-mail to notify the shipment of the products.

Order Status and Tracking
Sign-in to your account to check your order status. If you have chosen for registered delivery, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you so that you can track your package.

Order Alteration or Cancellation
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer. If order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame, full amount paid will be refunded.

SALES & CLEARANCE product Item(s) / Items is/are strictly not returnable, refundable and exchangeable. Items that are on sale or discounted will be on a 24 hours reservation upon processing your order. If payment is not received, we will release the item to the next customer in line.

The Insanely Chic offers a secure online shopping experience with the following forms of payment:

• Cheques (Only in SGD)
  Orders will be processed only once the payment has been accepted. In the event of non-payment, the order will be cancelled after 5 working days.

Upon confirmation of your order at checkout, you will be transferred to paypal website Secure Payment Page where you will be required to provide your name as it appears on the credit card, your credit card number, and expiration date.

The Insanely Chic will have no information relating to your credit card details.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Process
Upon payment of your order, your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days for Singapore and 7 business days for international order.

Shipping to a Different Address
You can ask for your order to be shipped to another address than your billing address. Please mention it during checkout.

Shipping Charges - Singapore Orders
For shipment within Singapore :

Orders over 100 SGD is free of shipping charges. We will proceed these orders with registered mails.

For International Shipment

For International Shipping, please email us for shipping charges before ordering. As a general guide:

• For orders below S$200, shipping charges at a Flat rate of S$20.
• For orders above S$200, shipping charges at a rate of S$40-60.

RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. But, once product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged or returned except for the following:-

• Products delivered are different from what is stated on the invoice.
• Products found to be faulty during delivery.

For wrong products or faulty products received, there will be a one to one exchange.

You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of your order and we will arrange to exchange the wrong products or faulty products within 7-14 business days. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipts, in the original packaging with all the merchandise tags attached and in the original condition.

Please note that shipping & handling charges are not refundable and any further charges incurred upon the return of merchandise will be borne by customer. As we cannot take responsibility for loss of or damage to items sent back to us, please ensure that merchandise is properly packaged and insured, if necessary.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Insanely Chic respects and promises to honor your privacy. Your contact information, including your email address, telephone number or anything else we request of you, will never be disclosed, shared, transferred, sold or rent to any third party without your prior consent unless it is necessary or appropriate to comply with the applicable laws or in legal proceedings.

The Insanely Chic does not send unsolicited marketing emails to you, our customers.  However, you may receive periodical emails on special promotions, new products and events.
